Tanning price menu

Monthly recurring memberships will be charged on the same day every month to the card on file. 
Freezing fee "pauses" single monthly memberships, and remaining days in month will be added upon customer's return to unfreeze membership.

Please be advised, as of 2018, there is an additional 10% excise tanning tax added to all tanning packages.
